Bill Finke serves as a Program Manager for the Western Region of the US with GovMVMT, the premier purchasing cooperative offering both public agencies and supplier partners innovative procurement solutions in the marketplace.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Bill has been in Albuquerque, NM for much of his career.  He worked for Ricoh USA for 27 years as a sales representative, a district branch manager, and then a government contract manager for a dozen years.

During his tenure as a contract manager, he developed, negotiated, promoted and managed contracts in 12 Western States including AK, AZ, CO, ID, NE, NM, NV, OR, SD, TX, and WY. He worked with both Ricoh’s direct sales teams and dealer organizations to consistently produce $40 – $80 million per year in technology equipment, professional services, and software.

Bill brings extensive experience in marketing and selling to government agencies, utilizing cooperative purchasing, employing bid avoidance strategies, territory management, contract compliance, and supplier relationships to GovMVMT.  Bill is a relationship builder and motivated to leverage programs that benefit public and non-profit agencies and the vendors that serve them.

In the Southwest, it is easy to pursue activities like skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and visiting historical sites. He and his wife, along with their dog Zeus, can often be found discovering trails to explore both in the Bosque forest or on the mesas of Albuquerque.
